  Muy buenos profesionales, tanto en el conocimiento del mercado como en  las cuestiones técnicas relacionadas con las administraciónes públicas (notaría, registros..).

  I wanted to leave a review specifically for Tamara because she has been wonderful to work with throughout my experience renting a property in Alicante.

From the very beginning, she has been professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, but what has stood out most is how genuinely supportive she has been. No matter how many questions I’ve had, she has always taken the time to help and has never made me feel like I was being a bother.

Moving to a new country and navigating the rental process can be stressful, especially when there are language barriers, but Tamara has consistently gone above and beyond to make things easier. Being able to communicate with her in English has been a huge help, and she has always been responsive, understanding, and focused on finding solutions.

There have been a few stressful moments along the way, including when I accidentally locked myself out of my flat, and Tamara couldn’t have been kinder. She was understanding, supportive, and focused on helping rather than making me feel bad about the situation.

What I appreciate most is that she combines professionalism with genuine care for the people she works with. That combination is surprisingly rare.

I am incredibly grateful for all of her help and support over the past year, and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring real estate agent.

  Me gustaría agradecer enormemente a Inmobiliaria Martínez por toda la ayuda y el apoyo que nos brindaron durante nuestro proceso de alquiler.

Quiero destacar especialmente a Tamara, quien fue la responsable de gestionar nuestro caso y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos con amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Además de apoyarnos en todo el proceso de alquiler y en la firma del contrato, también nos ayudaron con otros temas relacionados con la vivienda, como la instalación de internet y diversas gestiones posteriores. Incluso después de la firma del contrato, continuaron ofreciéndonos una atención excelente y resolviendo nuestras dudas de forma rápida y eficiente.

  Acabo de alquilar un piso con esta inmobiliaria. Mi experiencia no puede ser mejor. Tamara y Conchi, superamables y muy preocupadas porque todo saliera bien. Yo no vivo en Alicante, pero  me han facilitado un montón todo. Recomiendo totalmente esta inmobiliaria.
